Short version: what you send is used to make your mockup and fill your order, and nothing else.
What gets collected
- What you type into the mockup form: name, company, email, phone if you add it, shirt color, quantity and notes.
- Any logo file you attach.
- Basic, cookie-free visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device type). No ad trackers.
How it is used
Your details and logo are emailed to Matt Viego so he can make your mockup, answer you, and place and ship your order. Your logo is shared with the print shop only to print your shirts. Payments go through Square, which handles your card or bank details; Austin Crew Shirts never sees or stores them.
What never happens
Your information is not sold, rented or used for anything unrelated to your order. Your logo is never used for anything other than your shirts.
Removing your info
Email hello@austincrewshirts.com and ask, and your details and files will be deleted.
